I accept the terms of my annual cover plan as detailed below

Your annual cover plan includes 12 months' cover for a single domestic boiler installed at the given address, plus cover for thermostat, tank, heating pipes, sink blockages, outdoor pipe blockages, basic dishwasher plumbing. Your plan also includes 1 annual boiler service.

If your boiler does not pass our initial inspection, your plan will be cancelled and you will be given a pro rata refund.

Plumbing cover (if selected) includes normal kitchen and bathroom maintenance, excluding electric showers.

This plan does not cover electrical work, upgrades, cosmetic improvements, asbestos removal, or building works.
